Lock in the date and time. They'll text when they're 15 minutes away. Payment is between you and them.

Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse and message freely. Only create an account when you're ready to book.
How do I pay the pro?
Payment is between you and the pro. CasitaCrew collects $9/month from providers only, not from customers.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel free up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. After that, you'll forfeit any deposit.
What if the work isn't finished?
If the pro stops mid-job, contact us within 24 hours. We'll help resolve it or refund you.
Is messaging secure?
Yes. All messages are encrypted and stay on our platform. Phone numbers are private until both agree to share.
